Jack White’s 2018 tour will be “phone-free.” No photos, video or audio recording devices will be allowed according to an event info window that appears at Ticketmaster’s page for each of White’s shows.
How is this ban being enforced? Each concert goer will be required to place all electronic devices into a Yondr pouch. The pouches have a locking mechanism that won’t allow you to access your phone or camera except at a designated area in the lobby.
The tour wants concert-goers to “enjoy a phone-free, 100% human experience.” They also state that Jack White’s official photographer will be posting photos and video after the show online for people to share.
The phone ban does not apply the numerous music festival dates on White’s schedule.
